HCFCPay is a new platform on the Huntsville City FC app that provides our fans access to have the ability to connect payment methods for quick and convenient purchases and more. HCFCPay can be accessed within the Nashville SC app, available on iOS and Android devices via the App Store or Google Play.
Huntsville CIty FC's app lives in Nashville SC's app. You can customize your screen mode and notifications to see updates from HCFC.
Once you've downloaded the app, click the bar at the top of your screen and toggle to the Huntsville City FC mode. Enjoy match updates, highlights, and manage your tickets all in one place.
Step 1: Open the Nashville SC App. Select Huntsville City FC by clicking into more menu at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Select HCFCPay on the ticket page or more menu.
Step 3: Click “My QR Code”. If you’re not logged into your Ticketmaster Account Manager inside the Huntsville City FC mode, you’ll be prompted to login.
Step 4: Your QR code will automatically load once the login process is complete.
To use Cosmic Cash, select the MY QR Code at the top of the HCFCPay page.
Scan the QR Code at the register during checkout at select concession stands.

What payment methods can I add to HCFCPay?
HCFCPay works with the debit or credit card you choose to add to your mobile wallet. These cards are listed as payment methods within the app, and you can choose which form of payment to be used at checkout, including Cosmic Cash.
What is Cosmic Cash?
Cosmic Cash is a virtual currency that can only be redeemed at Wicks Family Field in electronic form through HCFCPay. Typically, Cosmic Cash is administered for group ticket bundles. Once Cosmic Cash been added to your account, that amount can be toggled on and off to automatically be deducted from your next purchase.
Where can I use my Cosmic Cash?
Cosmic Cash is only valid inside Wicks Family Field at all concessions stands.
How do I see my Cosmic Cash balance?
From the home screen of HCFCPay, select My Badge. You will see your Cosmic Cash Balance under your account information.
How do I track where I've utilized my Cosmic Cash?
From the home screen of HCFCPay, select My Activity. You will see a full history of all transactions made using your Cosmic Cash.
Does my Cosmic Cash expire?
Yes, Cosmic Cash purchased for a specific match, expire at the conclusion of the match. Any unused value is lost and not refundable.
Can I make a split transaction between my remaining Cosmic Cash and a credit card?
Yes. If the value of your order is greater than your Cosmic Cash amount, the system will automatically charge the remaining balance to the saved payment method on your HCFCPay account. If you do not have a saved payment method in your HCFCPay account, the cashier will ask for the remaining balance to be paid by card at the register.
When can I activate my Cosmic Cash?
Cosmic Cash is able to be activated 24 hours prior to the match. This is to allow you the time to transfer tickets to other people in your group.
