Grace Ambrose signs with Chattanooga FC Women

The Alcorn State forward joins Chattanooga FC Women for the 2025 season!

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 14, 2025) — Chattanooga Football Club (CFC) today announced it has signed forward Grace Ambrose for the 2025 Chattanooga FC Women's WPSL season, pending federation and league approval.

From Abia, Nigeria, Ambrose recently made the move from Nigeria to the US last summer when she joined the Alcorn State University Braves, where she was named team MVP this past season.

"Grace is an extremely dynamic, versatile, and lethal forward in the final third," said Chattanooga FC Women Associate Head Coach Maryn Beutler. "Her 1v1 attacking, goalscoring abilities and her passion and enthusiam to play at the highest level sets her a part. We are thrilled to have such talent from Nigeria and Alcorn State University representing Chattanooga FC Women."

"Grace is a great example of why we need these platforms to elevate our girls and women," said Chattanooga FC Sporting Director Sebastian Giraldo. "She is an exceptional youth talent that is going to get the crowd on their feet. She is a top professional prospect at a young age, and we are excited for her to be in our high-level women's environment this summer."

Ambrose expessed her enthusiasm upon joining Chattanooga FC Women.
