Chattanooga FC Women announces complete coaching staff for 2025

Chattanooga FC Women 2025 Coaching Staff

Chattanooga Football Club today announced Chattanooga FC Women Head Coach Juan Hernandez’s full coaching staff for the 2025 season.

Hernandez is joined by Associate Head Coach Maryn Beutler, Assistant Coach Majo Harispuru, Assistant Coach Ashleigh Renko, Goalkeeper Coach Katie Wright, Goalkeeper Coach JD Myers and Performance Coordiantor Eric Miller.

"The growth and quality of our women’s coaching staff is a clear reflection of Chattanooga FC’s unwavering commitment to leading the girls’ and women’s game—both regionally and nationally," said Chattanooga Football Club Sporting Director Sebastian Giraldo. "These coaches bring a powerful blend of experience, diversity and expertise that allows us to deliver truly individualized development for our athletes. This marks an exciting new era for our women’s program, anchoring its role as the pinnacle of our CFC Girls Elite Pathway."

Majo Harispuru has seven years of coaching and technical director experience. Harispuru came to Chattanooga after spending three years in Nashville. She coached at both Barça Academy Mexico and Barça Academy Nashville before becoming technical director at Pateadores Soccer Club Nashville. Her playing experience includes time with the Pachuca FC Academy and stints with the Mexico U-17 and U-20 national teams. The Puebla, Mexico native also holds a degree in psychology.

Renko joins the CFC Women after spending several years coaching with the CFC Academy. Renko has coached the 2014 and 2010 Girls Academy teams and has led each to multiple successes, while also recently completing her USSF C License.

Myers also brings professional goalkeeping experience to table. He also coaches in the CFC Academy and helps with CFC MLS NEXT Pro training sessions regularly as well.

Miller brings extensive sports performance experience having worked closely with Director of Performance Richard Dixon with the CFC's MLS NEXT Pro team.
